Jorleif will finally retire from his duties for the day at 10pm, returning to his bed so that he may repeat his schedule the next day. He will then return to his post at 2pm for the rest of the day. Jorleif is a Nord citizen employed as a steward to Jarl Ulfric Stormcloak of Windhelm.
